We want you to be fully satisfied with your training at Wankar Institute. Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- For offline courses (e.g., GCC-TBC typing, computer basics): Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 calendar days from the batch start date.
- For online courses/memberships: A refund request must be initiated within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided that less than 15% of the course modules or lessons have been accessed.
The following fees are strictly non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed:
- Government exam registration fees and GCC-TBC hall ticket/admit card fees paid to official boards.
- One-time registration or admission processing fees.
- Any learning kit, textbook, physical typing handbook, or CD provided upon enrollment.
To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@wankarinstitute.in with:
- Your full name and registered email/mobile number.
- The course title and batch name.
- A copy of your payment receipt or invoice number.
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, or check) within 10-15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the transaction is completed on our end.
